Motor, battery and charging
The Roadster's 13 kW motor is the 3rd most powerful among the 21 electric scooters here and takes it to a top speed of 116 km/h, fast enough for a ring road or short highway stretch.
A full charge from a home socket takes about 7.9 hours, and it supports fast charging for a quicker top-up on the road. The battery is fixed, so you need a plug where the scooter parks.

Safety and braking
ABS on the front wheel only. Far better than none; the rear can still lock.
Front disc brake
Sheds heat and works when wet. Worth the small premium over a drum on any commuter.
Rear disc brake
Adds feel and fade resistance at the back; matters more on heavier or faster bikes.
Tubeless tyres
A puncture deflates slowly instead of instantly, and roadside repair takes ten minutes.
Side-stand engine cut-off
Engine will not run with the stand down, which prevents a common low-speed crash.
Hazard lamps
