The Scrambler 400 X weighs 185 kg with fluids, has an 835 mm seat, 195 mm of ground clearance, and rides on a 1427 mm wheelbase. That clearance is generous: speed breakers and broken roads will not trouble the underbody.
The fuel tank holds 13 litres, good for about 345 km between fills in real-world riding.

Safety and braking
