That makes it priced 135th lowest among the 137 sports bikes we have reviewed. Its closest price rivals are the Ninja H2 SX SE (₹8,02,217 less) and the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade (₹10,80,000 less).

On the road in Delhi the base Goldwing comes to ₹49.63 Lakh: ₹44,30,000 ex-showroom, ₹3,79,400 in Delhi road tax and registration (8.6%), ₹1,09,179 for first-year insurance and ₹44,300 in tcs 1%. Dealers add handling and accessory packs on top; both are negotiable.

Goldwing's claimed mileage is 16 kmpl, and unusually, owners and our own riding land right on it: expect 15–17 kmpl in everyday use. Few bikes get this close to their brochure figure.

The 1833cc liquid-cooled engine makes 124.7 bhp and 170 Nm through a Shaft Drive automatic. With a kerb weight of 390 kg that is 320 bhp per tonne, 48th best power-to-weight of the 135 bikes in this class we have reviewed.

Torque is high relative to peak power, which is what you want for pulling away with a pillion and riding a gear higher in traffic rather than chasing the redline.

Chassis hardware includes dual-channel ABS, with a disc, 320 mm, 6 piston caliper up front and disc, 316 mm, 3 piston caliper at the rear.

Seat height is a low 745 mm, so riders around 5'2" and above can plant both feet at a stop.

On safety kit the Goldwing has dual-channel abs, front disc brake, rear disc brake, tubeless tyres, side-stand engine cut-off and hazard lamps. Dual-channel ABS is the one item on this list worth paying for if it is variant-dependent.

Against Multistrada V2, PAN America 1250 Special or Versys 1100, it gets projector headlamp and keyless start that most rivals skip.

What it lacks: traction control, slipper clutch and usd front forks, which rivals at this price offer. The safety items in that list matter more than the console.

Honda runs one of the largest sales and service network in India, at roughly 6,000 touchpoints. Spares and a mechanic who knows the model are rarely far away.

The Goldwing launched in 2026, so long-term reliability and resale data are still thin. That is not a mark against it, just a reason to prefer the standard warranty and keep service records.
