On the road in Delhi the base Multistrada V4 comes to ₹28.12 Lakh: ₹25,06,000 ex-showroom, ₹2,12,480 in Delhi road tax and registration (8.5%), ₹68,652 for first-year insurance and ₹25,060 in tcs 1%. Dealers add handling and accessory packs on top; both are negotiable.

The Multistrada V4 is rated at 15 kmpl (claimed mileage). Treat that as a ceiling: real-world figures are usually 15–25% lower.

The 1158cc liquid-cooled engine makes 170 bhp and 123.8 Nm through a 6 Speed. With a kerb weight of 240 kg that is 708 bhp per tonne, 18th best power-to-weight of the 135 bikes in this class we have reviewed.

Peak power is high relative to torque, so this engine rewards revs: it feels ordinary below the mid-range and comes alive above it.

Chassis hardware includes USD front forks, a rear monoshock, dual-channel ABS, a slipper clutch and traction control, with a disc, 320 mm, 4 piston caliper up front and disc, 265 mm, 2 piston caliper at the rear.

The 840 mm seat is on the tall side. Riders under 5'6" should sit on one before buying.

On safety kit the Multistrada V4 has dual-channel abs, front disc brake, rear disc brake, tubeless tyres, traction control, side-stand engine cut-off and hazard lamps. Dual-channel ABS is the one item on this list worth paying for if it is variant-dependent.

Against Speed Twin 1200 Cafe Racer Edition, Speed Twin 1200 TFC or Multistrada V4 Rally, it gets rear monoshock and colour tft console that most rivals skip.

It is offered in 4 colours: Ducati Red, Arctic White, Thrilling Black and Red and Black. Colour availability varies by variant and dealer stock.

Standard warranty is 2 years, unlimited km.

Ducati runs a limited sales and service network in India, at roughly 15 touchpoints. Check the nearest workshop before buying if you live outside a metro; a 40 km ride for every service adds up.

The Multistrada V4 launched in 2025, so long-term reliability and resale data are still thin. That is not a mark against it, just a reason to prefer the standard warranty and keep service records.
