There is only one Reo to buy, priced at ₹71,999 ex-showroom in Delhi. The only decisions left are colour and whether to finance it.

That makes it priced third lowest among the 56 electric scooters we have reviewed. Its closest price rivals are the E Luna (₹2,009 less) and the Zulu (₹7,991 more).

On the road in Delhi the base Reo comes to ₹76,666: ₹71,999 ex-showroom, ₹0 in Delhi road tax and registration (0%), ₹4,667 for first-year insurance. Dealers add handling and accessory packs on top; both are negotiable.

The Reo is rated at 80 km (certified IDC range). Treat that as a ceiling: real-world figures are usually 15–25% lower.

Among the 56 electric scooters we have reviewed it ranks 52th for range, 57 km below the group average of 137 km.

The Reo's 0.25 kW motor is the least powerful among the 48 electric scooters here and takes it to a top speed of 25 km/h, which limits it to city use.

A full charge from a home socket takes about 5.3 hours. The battery is removable, so it can be charged indoors if you cannot park near a plug.

Seat height is a low 775 mm, so riders around 5'2" and above can plant both feet at a stop.

On safety kit the Reo has front disc brake and tubeless tyres.

It is offered in 4 colours: Warm White, Dark Grey, Aqua Metallic and Pastel Purple. Colour availability varies by variant and dealer stock.

Standard warranty is 1 year, unlimited km. The battery is covered separately for 3 years or 30,000 km; read the degradation clause, since most policies only replace a pack that drops below 70% capacity.

Service reach is the weak point: Ampere has about 400 dealer and workshop touchpoints across the country. Confirm there is one within reach before you sign.

The Reo launched in 2023, so long-term reliability and resale data are still thin. That is not a mark against it, just a reason to prefer the standard warranty and keep service records.
