Ex-showroom Delhi, the Pleasure + range runs from ₹70,372 (LX - OBD 2B) to ₹73,173 (VX - OBD 2B) across 2 variants.
That makes it priced third lowest among the 26 petrol scooters we have reviewed. Its closest price rivals are the Zest 110 (₹188 more) and the Dio (₹4,448 more).
On the road in Delhi, budget about ₹82,200 for the base variant once 8% Delhi road tax, registration and five-year third-party insurance are added. Dealers often quote higher by bundling accessories, extended warranty and handling charges; all three are negotiable.

VX - OBD 2B | ₹73,173 |
Mileage
Pleasure +'s claimed mileage is 50 kmpl, and unusually, owners and our own riding land right on it: expect 47–52 kmpl in everyday use. Few bikes get this close to their brochure figure.
Among the 25 scooters we have reviewed it ranks 9th for mileage, 1 kmpl above the group average of 49 kmpl.
Engine and ride
Power comes from a 111cc single producing 8 bhp and 8.7 Nm, paired with a CVT automatic. At 104 kg the power-to-weight figure is 77 bhp per tonne, which ranks 14 of 25 in its class here.
The torque and power figures are well balanced, so it neither needs to be revved hard nor feels lazy when you do.
Seat height is a low 765 mm, so riders around 5'2" and above can plant both feet at a stop.

Verdict
The Pleasure+ is Hero's stripped-back take on the 110cc scooter, and it reads exactly like what it is: a light, easy-to-ride, low-cost scooter with almost nothing beyond the essentials. At ₹70,372 to start, it undercuts the Xtec variant and most rivals, at the cost of alloy wheels and modern lighting.
Riding it every day
The 8 bhp engine feels adequate for city use, never quick but never a struggle either, and the light 104 kg kerb weight makes it easy to filter through traffic or push around a parking lot. The 765 mm seat height suits shorter riders well. Claimed mileage of 50 kmpl typically works out to 47-52 kmpl in daily use, which is competitive for the segment. The small 4.8 litre tank means fuel stops come around every 220-240 km, worth planning for on longer trips.
What to know before buying
Both brakes are drums, and there is no LED headlamp or alloy wheel option even as an upgrade within the Pleasure+ line, since those are reserved for the Xtec variant. The features list is genuinely thin: no digital console beyond basics, no Bluetooth, though USB charging and under-seat storage are present.
Who should buy it
This suits a buyer whose priority is the lowest sensible price for a reliable daily scooter, with colour choice as a bonus. Riders who want alloy wheels, LED lighting or Bluetooth connectivity should look at the Pleasure+ Xtec, which typically costs only a little more.
Features and colours
- Tubeless tyres
- Hazard lamps
- USB charging port
- Under-seat storage
On safety kit the Pleasure + has tubeless tyres and hazard lamps.
What it lacks: side-stand engine cut-off, led daytime running lamp, alloy wheels and led headlamp, which rivals at this price offer. The safety items in that list matter more than the console.
It is offered in 7 colours: Sport Red, Polestar Blue, Pearl Silver White, Teal Blue, Mat Black, Matte Red and Mat Vernier Grey. Colour availability varies by variant and dealer stock.
Warranty, service and ownership
Standard warranty is 5 years or 50,000 km. After the free services, the recommended interval is every 3,000 km.
Service reach is excellent: Hero MotoCorp has about 9,000 dealer and workshop touchpoints across the country.
On sale since 2019, the Pleasure + is established enough that early production issues have been worked through and used examples give a fair read on resale.

- What is the on-road price of the Pleasure + in Delhi?
- Roughly ₹82,200 for the base variant in Delhi: ₹70,372 ex-showroom plus ₹5,630 road tax, ₹1,100 registration and about ₹5,121 insurance. This is an estimate; dealer quotes include handling and accessories.
- What is the mileage of the Pleasure +?
- Claimed mileage is 50 kmpl. Owners typically see 47–52 kmpl in mixed city and highway riding.

- Fuel works out to about ₹1.92 per km in Delhi, so a 30 km daily commute costs roughly ₹1,494 a month before servicing.
- What is the EMI for the Pleasure +?
- With 10% down, a 36-month loan at 9.5% on the base variant comes to about ₹2,230 a month. A shorter tenure raises the EMI but cuts total interest; see the EMI calculator on the price page.
- What is the engine capacity and power of the Pleasure +?
- It uses a 111cc engine producing 8 bhp and 8.7 Nm, with a cvt automatic.
- Is the Pleasure + suitable for short riders?
- Yes. Seat height is 765 mm, low for the class, so riders around 5'2" and above can reach the ground comfortably.
- Pleasure + or Zest 110: which is better?
- The Zest 110 is ₹188 more expensive to start and less efficient at 45 kmpl against 50 kmpl. Pick the Pleasure + for first scooter, the Zest 110 for city-only commuting. Our side-by-side comparison covers every spec.
- Which bikes are cheaper than the Pleasure +?
- Among the 26 scooters we have reviewed, the XL 100 Heavy Duty (₹47,918), the XL 100 (₹60,360) start lower.
- Is the Pleasure+ suitable for a shorter, first-time rider?
- At 765 mm the seat height is low and the 104 kg kerb weight makes it one of the easier scooters here to hold up at a standstill. It should suit shorter or first-time riders well, especially in slow city traffic.
- Is it worth paying extra for the Xtec variant instead?
- The Xtec adds alloy wheels, LED lighting and Bluetooth for roughly ₹5,000-8,000 more, which is typically worth it if those features matter to you. If pure running cost is the only priority, the base Pleasure+ covers the essentials.
