Oben Electric Rorr EVO

There is only one Rorr EVO to buy, priced at ₹1,24,999 ex-showroom in Delhi. The only decisions left are colour and whether to finance it.

That makes it priced 4th lowest among the 17 electric bikes we have reviewed. Its closest price rivals are the RV BlazeX (₹2,989 more) and the RVX (₹4,991 more).

On the road in Delhi the base Rorr EVO comes to ₹1.01 Lakh: ₹89,999 ex-showroom, ₹1,500 in Delhi road tax and registration (1.7%), ₹9,655 for first-year insurance. Dealers add handling and accessory packs on top; both are negotiable.

Expect 152–173 km from the Rorr EVO in everyday use against a certified IDC range of 180 km. The 10% gap is smaller than most rivals manage.

The Rorr EVO's 9 kW motor is the 8rd most powerful among the 17 electric scooters here and takes it to a top speed of 110 km/h, fast enough for a ring road or short highway stretch.

A full charge from a home socket takes about 5 hours, and it supports fast charging for a quicker top-up on the road. The battery is fixed, so you need a plug where the scooter parks.

Chassis hardware includes a rear monoshock and a combi-brake system, with a disc, 270 mm up front and disc, 270 mm at the rear.

Seat height is a low 780 mm, so riders around 5'2" and above can plant both feet at a stop.

On safety kit the Rorr EVO has combi-brake (cbs), front disc brake, rear disc brake, tubeless tyres, side-stand engine cut-off and hazard lamps. There is no ABS, which is legal at this engine size but worth knowing before a wet-weather ride.

Against RV BlazeX, EX1 or Rorr EZ Sigma, it gets hazard lamps, projector headlamp and colour tft console that most rivals skip.

What it lacks: led tail lamp and regenerative braking, which rivals at this price offer. None of these are deal-breakers, but they show where the money went.

It is offered in 4 colours: Photon White, Magnetic Black, Pulse Red and Neutron Blue. Colour availability varies by variant and dealer stock.

Standard warranty is 3 years, unlimited km. The battery is covered separately for 3 years or 40,000 km; read the degradation clause, since most policies only replace a pack that drops below 70% capacity.

Service reach is the weak point: Oben Electric has about 40 dealer and workshop touchpoints across the country. Confirm there is one within reach before you sign.

The Rorr EVO launched in 2026, so long-term reliability and resale data are still thin. That is not a mark against it, just a reason to prefer the standard warranty and keep service records.
