The E2Go sits at the bottom of Odysse's electric two-wheeler range, a 25 kmph low-speed scooter priced from about ₹71,100 that trades performance for the convenience of not needing a licence or registration. A 70 km claimed range from a 1.2 kWh battery is enough for genuinely local use, and that is really what this scooter is built for.
Riding it every day
At 90 kg kerb weight it should feel light and easy to manoeuvre in tight colony lanes and parking, and the removable battery means charging does not require access to a two-wheeler-friendly plug point outdoors. A front disc brake is a pleasant surprise at this price, though the rear drum brake is a reminder of where the cost savings show up. The 25 kmph cap means this scooter has no business on a highway or even a fast arterial road, so daily use has to stay within slower city traffic.
What to know before buying
The one-year vehicle warranty is shorter than the three-year battery warranty, so ask the dealer what exactly that first year covers beyond the battery pack. As with most low-speed EV brands, expect service support to be concentrated in larger cities, so buyers in smaller towns should check Odysse's nearest service centre before purchase.
Who should buy it
This is a sensible second vehicle for a student or someone running short errands within a few kilometres of home, not a replacement for a full-speed commuter bike.
