That makes it priced 39th lowest among the 56 electric scooters we have reviewed. Its closest price rivals are the 450X (₹2,391 more) and the Roadster X Plus (₹2,610 less).

On the road in Delhi the base V2 comes to ₹1.14 Lakh: ₹1,06,000 ex-showroom, ₹1,500 in Delhi road tax and registration (1.4%), ₹6,260 for first-year insurance. Dealers add handling and accessory packs on top; both are negotiable.

Expect 105–120 km from the V2 in everyday use against a certified IDC range of 143 km. The 21% gap is about average for the class.

The V2's 6 kW motor is the 22rd most powerful among the 48 electric scooters here and takes it to a top speed of 85 km/h, comfortable for city and arterial roads.

A full charge from a home socket takes about 5.15 hours, and it supports fast charging for a quicker top-up on the road. The battery is removable, so it can be charged indoors if you cannot park near a plug.

Chassis hardware includes a rear monoshock, with a disc up front and drum at the rear.

Seat height is a low 777 mm, so riders around 5'2" and above can plant both feet at a stop.

On safety kit the V2 has front disc brake, tubeless tyres, side-stand engine cut-off and hazard lamps.

Against Tesseract, BG RUV 350 or S1 Pro (Gen 3), it gets tubeless tyres, hazard lamps, rear monoshock and projector headlamp that most rivals skip.

What it lacks: usb charging port and hill hold, which rivals at this price offer. None of these are deal-breakers, but they show where the money went.

It is offered in 6 colours: Matte Cyan, Matte White, Glossy Black, Glossy Sports Red, Matte Abrax Orange and Matte Nexus Blue. Colour availability varies by variant and dealer stock.

Standard warranty is 5 years, unlimited km. The battery is covered separately for 3 years or 30,000 km; read the degradation clause, since most policies only replace a pack that drops below 70% capacity.

Service reach is the weak point: Vida has about 500 dealer and workshop touchpoints across the country. Confirm there is one within reach before you sign.

The V2 launched in 2024, so long-term reliability and resale data are still thin. That is not a mark against it, just a reason to prefer the standard warranty and keep service records.
