Torque is high relative to peak power, which is what you want for pulling away with a pillion and riding a gear higher in traffic rather than chasing the redline.

Chassis hardware includes dual-channel ABS, a slipper clutch and traction control, with a disc, 310 mm, 4 piston caliper up front and disc, 260 mm, 2 piston caliper at the rear.

At 800 mm the seat is average for the class; most riders from 5'5" up will be comfortable at stops.

On safety kit the Cromwell 1200 has dual-channel abs, front disc brake, rear disc brake, traction control, side-stand engine cut-off and hazard lamps. Dual-channel ABS is the one item on this list worth paying for if it is variant-dependent.
