Power comes from a 1158cc single producing 166.28 bhp and 126 Nm, paired with a 6 Speed.

Peak power is high relative to torque, so this engine rewards revs: it feels ordinary below the mid-range and comes alive above it.

Chassis hardware includes USD front forks, a rear monoshock, dual-channel ABS, a slipper clutch and traction control, with a disc, 330 mm, 4 piston caliper up front and disc, 265 mm, 2 piston caliper at the rear.

Seat height is a low 770 mm, so riders around 5'2" and above can plant both feet at a stop.

On safety kit the XDiavel V4 has dual-channel abs, front disc brake, rear disc brake, tubeless tyres, traction control and hazard lamps. Dual-channel ABS is the one item on this list worth paying for if it is variant-dependent.
