It trades outright agility for stability and comfort on long highway stretches, and for riders who mostly cruise rather than commute through dense traffic, that trade pays off.
Riding it every day
46.3bhp and 52.3Nm deliver smooth, confident overtaking at highway speed, and the 740mm seat combined with a low centre of gravity makes the 241kg mass feel more manageable once moving than the spec sheet suggests. USD front forks and preload-adjustable rear shocks soak up long stretches of decent tarmac well, but the 135mm ground clearance, the lowest in Royal Enfield's range, means speed breakers and rough patches demand real caution.
What to know before buying
Real-world efficiency of 23-24kmpl and a 15.7-litre tank give a reasonable range for touring, though fuel stops will come up more often than on a Classic 650.
