On the road in Delhi the base CE 04 comes to ₹15.79 Lakh: ₹15,20,000 ex-showroom, ₹12,000 in Delhi road tax and registration (0.8%), ₹47,412 for first-year insurance. Dealers add handling and accessory packs on top; both are negotiable.

The CE 04 is rated at 130 km (certified IDC range). Treat that as a ceiling: real-world figures are usually 15–25% lower.

The CE 04's 31 kW motor is the 2nd most powerful among the 48 electric scooters here and takes it to a top speed of 120 km/h, fast enough for a ring road or short highway stretch.

A full charge from a home socket takes about 4.2 hours. The battery is fixed, so you need a plug where the scooter parks.

Chassis hardware includes dual-channel ABS, with a disc, 265 mm, 4 piston caliper up front and disc, 265 mm, 1 piston caliper at the rear.

Seat height is a low 780 mm, so riders around 5'2" and above can plant both feet at a stop.

On safety kit the CE 04 has dual-channel abs, front disc brake, rear disc brake, tubeless tyres, side-stand engine cut-off and hazard lamps. Dual-channel ABS is the one item on this list worth paying for if it is variant-dependent.

Against C 400 GT, CE 02 or SX25, it gets dual-channel abs, projector headlamp, keyless start and engine kill switch that most rivals skip.

What it lacks: under-seat storage, which rivals at this price offer. None of these are deal-breakers, but they show where the money went.

The CE 04 launched in 2024, so long-term reliability and resale data are still thin. That is not a mark against it, just a reason to prefer the standard warranty and keep service records.
