In short

The Pleasure+ Xtec is the better-equipped version of Hero's 110cc scooter, adding alloy wheels, LED projector lighting, Bluetooth and idle start-stop over the base Pleasure+, priced from ₹78,051. It uses the same 8 bhp engine and claimed 50 kmpl, so the extra spend buys features and finish rather than outright performance.

Power
8 bhp
Claimed mileage

What works

  • Alloy wheels and LED projector headlamp over the base model
  • Bluetooth connectivity and idle start-stop included
  • Claimed 50 kmpl, with real-world figures typically 47-52 kmpl
  • 5 year, 50,000 km warranty, same as the base Pleasure+

What doesn't

  • Same 8 bhp engine as the cheaper Pleasure+
  • Drum brakes at both ends, no disc option
  • Costs noticeably more than the base variant for similar performance

Best for: First scooter with more features, City commuting

Price and variants

Ex-showroom Delhi. On-road estimate for Delhi; other cities on the price page.

The Pleasure + Xtec comes in a single variant at ₹78,051 ex-showroom Delhi, so there is no trim ladder to climb: every Pleasure + Xtec leaves the showroom with the same equipment.

That makes it priced 9th lowest among the 26 petrol scooters we have reviewed. Its closest price rivals are the Xoom (₹252 more) and the Destini Prime (₹438 less).

On the road in Delhi, budget about ₹90,600 for the base variant once 8% Delhi road tax, registration and five-year third-party insurance are added. Dealers often quote higher by bundling accessories, extended warranty and handling charges; all three are negotiable.

Mileage

Pleasure + Xtec's claimed mileage is 50 kmpl, and unusually, owners and our own riding land right on it: expect 47–52 kmpl in everyday use. Few bikes get this close to their brochure figure.

Among the 25 scooters we have reviewed it ranks 10th for mileage, 1 kmpl above the group average of 49 kmpl.

Engine and ride

The 111cc air-cooled engine makes 8 bhp and 8.7 Nm through a CVT automatic. With a kerb weight of 106 kg that is 75 bhp per tonne, 16th best power-to-weight of the 25 scooters in this class we have reviewed.

The torque and power figures are well balanced, so it neither needs to be revved hard nor feels lazy when you do.

Seat height is a low 765 mm, so riders around 5'2" and above can plant both feet at a stop.

Verdict

The Pleasure+ Xtec takes the same 110cc scooter platform as the base Pleasure+ and adds the features that were missing: alloy wheels, LED projector lighting and Bluetooth. At ₹78,051, it costs a real premium over the base bike, but for many riders the improved lighting and finish alone justify it.

Riding it every day

Performance is unchanged from the base Pleasure+, with the same 8 bhp engine feeling adequate rather than exciting in city traffic. What is different is the daily experience: the LED headlamp and projector unit throw a noticeably better beam at night, and the digital console with Bluetooth adds a layer of convenience the base bike lacks. Claimed mileage of 50 kmpl typically works out to 47-52 kmpl, unchanged from the base variant since the mechanicals are identical. Idle start-stop helps marginally at long traffic signals.

What to know before buying

Both brakes remain drums, so anyone wanting a disc brake for extra stopping confidence will not find it here. The added weight from the alloy wheels and extra trim is small, about 2 kg over the base Pleasure+, and does not change how the scooter feels to ride.

Who should buy it

This suits a buyer who wants the Pleasure+'s low running costs and light handling but is not willing to give up modern lighting, alloy wheels or Bluetooth. Anyone happy without those extras can save money with the base Pleasure+ instead.

Features and colours

  • Tubeless tyres
  • Alloy wheels
  • Side-stand engine cut-off
  • Hazard lamps
  • LED headlamp
  • Projector headlamp
  • Digital console
  • Bluetooth connectivity
  • USB charging port
  • Idle start-stop
  • +1 more

On safety kit the Pleasure + Xtec has tubeless tyres, side-stand engine cut-off and hazard lamps.

Against Pleasure +, Xoom or Destini 110, it gets side-stand engine cut-off, bluetooth connectivity and idle start-stop that most rivals skip.

What it lacks: led daytime running lamp, which rivals at this price offer. None of these are deal-breakers, but they show where the money went.

It is offered in 4 colours: Pearl Blue, Copper Brown, Matte Black and Matte Vernier Grey. Colour availability varies by variant and dealer stock.

Warranty, service and ownership

Standard warranty is 5 years or 50,000 km. After the free services, the recommended interval is every 3,000 km.

Hero MotoCorp runs one of the largest sales and service network in India, at roughly 9,000 touchpoints. Spares and a mechanic who knows the model are rarely far away.

On sale since 2021, the Pleasure + Xtec is established enough that early production issues have been worked through and used examples give a fair read on resale.
