In short
The V302C is Keeway's parallel-twin cruiser with a 298cc engine making 29.09 bhp, priced from ₹4.49 lakh, well below rivals like the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650. Its 690mm seat height is unusually low for a cruiser, but riders stepping up should know the 650cc twins nearby offer considerably more torque for roughly ₹0.4-1.5 lakh more.
What works
- 690mm seat height, among the lowest in any cruiser class
- 298cc parallel-twin gives smoother power delivery than a single
- Real-world mileage of 33-36 kmpl, strong for a twin-cylinder cruiser
- ₹4.49 lakh undercuts the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 by lakhs
What doesn't
- 29.09 bhp is well short of the 650cc twins nearby in price
- 167kg with a 15-litre tank still feels substantial at parking speed
- Keeway's cruiser resale value is unproven next to Royal Enfield's
Best for: Shorter riders wanting a cruiser, Twin-cylinder smoothness on a budget, City and highway mix riding

The torque and power figures are well balanced, so it neither needs to be revved hard nor feels lazy when you do.
Chassis hardware includes dual-channel ABS and a slipper clutch, with a disc, 300 mm, 2 piston caliper up front and disc, 240 mm, 1 piston caliper at the rear.
Seat height is a low 690 mm, so riders around 5'2" and above can plant both feet at a stop.

Verdict
The V302C is Keeway's parallel-twin cruiser, built around a 298cc engine making 29.09 bhp and priced from ₹4.49 lakh ex-showroom. It undercuts every 650cc cruiser twin sold in India while still offering the smoothness of a two-cylinder engine, though it cannot match their outright torque.
Riding it every day
The standout here is the 690mm seat height, among the lowest of any cruiser in the market, which makes the V302C unusually easy for shorter riders to manage at a stop or in slow-moving traffic. The twin-cylinder engine pulls smoothly without the vibration a single would carry at cruising speed, and real-world mileage of 33-36 kmpl is strong for a twin this size. Ground clearance of 158mm should handle most Indian speed breakers despite the low seat.
What to know before buying
The 29.09 bhp output is modest next to the Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 or Honda Rebel 500 nearby in price, so highway overtakes need more patience and planning than on those twins. Keeway's cruiser lineup is newer to the Indian market than Royal Enfield's, so resale value and long-term parts support are less proven; ask the dealer about service turnaround before buying. Check the telescopic fork's 120mm travel over rougher roads, since it is shorter than some rivals.
Who should buy it
This suits a shorter rider or first-time cruiser buyer who wants twin-cylinder smoothness and an easy reach to the ground without paying 650cc prices. Riders who prioritise outright torque and a longer-proven service network should stretch their budget toward the Super Meteor 650 or Classic 650 instead.

On safety kit the V302C has dual-channel abs, front disc brake, rear disc brake, tubeless tyres, side-stand engine cut-off and hazard lamps. Dual-channel ABS is the one item on this list worth paying for if it is variant-dependent.
Against SRV 300, Super Meteor 650 or Eliminator, it gets slipper clutch that most rivals skip.
What it lacks: usd front forks and bluetooth connectivity, which rivals at this price offer. None of these are deal-breakers, but they show where the money went.
It is offered in 3 colours: Glossy Yellow, Glossy Red and Glossy Black. Colour availability varies by variant and dealer stock.
Warranty, service and ownership
Standard warranty is 2 years, unlimited km.
Service reach is the weak point: Keeway has about 40 dealer and workshop touchpoints across the country. Confirm there is one within reach before you sign.
On sale since 2022, the V302C is established enough that early production issues have been worked through and used examples give a fair read on resale.

- About ₹5.04 Lakh for the base variant in Delhi: ₹4,49,000 ex-showroom plus ₹37,420 in Delhi road tax and registration and ₹17,140 for first-year insurance. Figure from dealer quotes, updated monthly; handling and accessory packs can add more.

- Fuel works out to about ₹2.75 per km in Delhi, so a 30 km daily commute costs roughly ₹2,143 a month before servicing.
- What is the EMI for the V302C?
- With 10% down, a 36-month loan at 9.5% on the base variant comes to about ₹14,240 a month. A shorter tenure raises the EMI but cuts total interest; see the EMI calculator on the price page.
- What is the engine capacity and power of the V302C?

- Is the V302C suitable for short riders?
- Yes. Seat height is 690 mm, low for the class, so riders around 5'2" and above can reach the ground comfortably.
- V302C or SRV 300: which is better?
- The SRV 300 is ₹1,19,960 less expensive to start and less efficient at 29 kmpl against 36 kmpl. Pick the V302C for shorter riders wanting a cruiser, the SRV 300 for shorter cruiser riders. Our side-by-side comparison covers every spec.
- Which bikes are cheaper than the V302C?
- Among the 64 cruisers we have reviewed, the Classic 350 (₹1.98 Lakh), the X440 (₹2.35 Lakh), the Perak (₹2.22 Lakh) start lower.
- Is the V302C too underpowered next to the Royal Enfield 650 twins?
- It has noticeably less torque than the 650cc twins priced not far above it, so overtaking on the highway needs more planning, but for city and moderate highway riding the 298cc twin feels adequate and refined.
- Is the low 690mm seat height a sign of reduced ground clearance too?
- Ground clearance of 158mm is actually reasonable for the class despite the low seat, since the low point comes from seat design rather than a lowered chassis, but it is still worth testing over your usual speed breakers.
